Hi, one of my hobbies is researching my family tree. At present there are over 1200 names, although I only have a keen interest in about 15-20 of them and these are detailed on the Family History page. There is also a page which lists some of the ships that I am interested in.

In addition to these pages is a eBook on Thomas John Carlill I have been working on. Thomas was my G-G-G-Grandfather and my first Carlill ancestor to arrive in Australia. I’ve produced these books with Family Tree Maker’s Book feature and have published it here as a PDF file. I have found another use for my interest in genealogy. Have a look at the Fictional Families for idea’s on how you can make sense out of some of those confusing family relationships that appear in some novels today.
